To secure a booking, the Client must pay a non-refundable deposit, the amount of which will be specified by the Artist and have signed the contract provided.

The balance of the payment is due a minimum 7 days before the service commences, unless otherwise specified by the Artist

The Artist accepts payments in the form of cash, online payment, bank transfer.

Prices are inclusive of event categories. If category is falsely advised, additional costs will apply.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking will result in the remaining balance being owed unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations made by the Artist due to unforeseen circumstances will result in a full refund or rescheduling of the booking, at the Client's preference.

The Client will provide a suitable location for the makeup service, with adequate lighting, electrical outlets, and comfortable seating.

Any additional travel fees, early morning fees, staying for touch ups, accommodation and/or parking fees incurred by the Artist for services at a location specified by the Client will be the responsibility of the Client and will be detailed in the booking contract.

The Client must notify the Artist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the makeup application prior to service.

The Client should refrain from touching their face after the makeup application to ensure the best results.

The Artist will make reasonable efforts to ensure the satisfaction of the Client with the makeup services. However, the Artist is not responsible for any changes in appearance that may occur due to environmental factors or the Client's activities.

Minor adjustments or touch-ups can be requested by the Client during the service, if the client wants the artist to stay for touch-ups there will be additional charges and need to be pre booked.

Significant changes to the agreed-upon makeup look may result in additional charges.

Bridal trials are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the artist. Trials are booked for the client to ensure the style, colours, looks, artist, etc match the vision. It also provides opportunity for the client adjust anything that isn’t satisfactory prior to the big day. Open and honest communication throughout the trial is welcomed and helps make certain we are all happy with the final look.

The Client grants the Artist the right to use photographs of the makeup services for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise specified in the booking contract.

The client will provide access to photographs they receive from professional photographers showcasing their makeup for the Artist to use for promotional, marketing purposes and the Artist’s folio.

The Artist is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or any adverse effects that may result from the makeup products used during the service, that they were not informed on by the client prior.

If anything of the Artist’s get damaged or broken not by fault of the Artist the client is liable for the cost to replace.

Either party may terminate this agreement in writing with reasonable notice depending on the time frame fees may apply.

In the event of aggressive or inappropriate behaviour of any kind, the Artist has the right to terminate services and the client will incur the full fee which was agreed upon in the contract.
